    You will have day-to-day project management oversight over digital, creative, and content initiatives, ensuring that projects meet and/or exceed both client and agency expectations. You will possess strong project planning, content management, and time management skills, as well as the ability to efficiently streamline workflows.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead client communications and collaborate with client team members to acquire assets information required to perform work
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and participate in client strategy, planning and concept meetings as needed
    • Manage/maintain integrated program schedule
    • Help clients better understand project plans and potential risks associated with specific decisions and actions
    • Be responsible for the performance of assigned projects, even if you are not owning them directly, be able to manage risks across the portfolio of clients
    • Will be required to get up to speed quickly and develop solid knowledge of clients
    • Partners/communicates with client and other 3rd parties (client partners, vendors, etc.)
    • Lead internal team briefs, brainstorms and special projects
    • Create initial budgets/timelines for review and approval
    • Prioritize and delegate tasks to internal teams to achieve client expectations
    • Track budgets to ensure work is staying within scope
    • Determine and communicate internal and external (in collaboration with account) action steps and responsibilities for all projects
    • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with external and internal interdisciplinary teams, including: Client Services, Creative, Content, Digital, Finance, etc. to design and develop industry-leading campaigns
    • Establish a strong understanding of our client's product and their positioning in the marketplace

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years of digital production/integrated production/project management experience
    • Proficient in WordPress and MS Office, including MS Project
    • Web publishing and web marketing experience
    • A basic understanding/working knowledge of HTML and CSS and Content Management Systems (CMS)
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Experience estimating projects and developing timelines
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient with the content limitations of each social media platform and how to use social media tools, including publishing platforms like Hootsuite and analytics platforms like Google Analytics
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to collect and interpret data
    • Positive attitude, excitement to tackle new problems/concepts and learn new things
    • Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong critical thinking with analytical skills and the ability to see the bigger picture
    • Proactively discern potential issues and solutions
    • Familiarity with best practices across web, social, email content management
    • Knowledge of SEM and SEO
    • Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
    • Must be strong as multi-tasking, managing multiple projects, budgeting and scheduling
