Our Digital Practice team is searching for a proactive and creative Digital Account Executive to help bring our ideas to life and make a difference for our clients. The candidate for our talented team is intelligent, entrepreneurial and passionate about building brands. As a Digital Account Executive, you will make sure our strategy is executed flawlessly - fully immersing yourself in every aspect of client projects and their implementation. You will also be expected to work with your clients to identify their needs and/or challenges and recommend solutions –for some of the most recognized brands in the world. You will identify and drive growth opportunities, fostering innovation that delivers on our client’s business goals. The Digital Account Executive reports to a Digital Account Manager or Supervisor and has day-to-day responsibility for implementation and delivery of client campaigns.

Responsibilities

What does a Digital Account Executive do?

  • The Digital Account Executive works internally to coordinate resources, supports the execution of campaigns, including running social ads and publishing content on client’s social channels.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the timeliness and quality of work that is delivered to clients.
  • You will work with the Digital Account Manager or Supervisor to manage all tasks aimed at achieving client goals.
  • You will be responsible for working directly with teams to support any tasks, as well as reporting the status of those tasks to the Account Supervisor.
  • Anticipate support issues and works with the Account Manager or Supervisor to put preemptive measures in place to address such issues.
  • You will work with the Account Manager or Supervisor to ensure internal and client meetings are scheduled, productive, and documented for future reference.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing or online advertising industry experience.
  • High level of proficiency running ads on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, GroupHigh, IZEA, and TapInfluence.
  • Familiarity with publishing platforms like TweetDeck, Onlypult, and Tailwind.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and openness to providing feedback to help iterate the business.
  • A strong verbal and written communicator, able to build strong relationships.
  • A strong work ethic; able to work under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Exceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, practical thinking.
  • Adaptability, able to flex up or down when needed.
