We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate for this position will provide help desk support to end users on a variety of issues and be able to identify, research, and resolve technical problems. They will also respond to phone calls, emails, and personal requests for technical support and track and monitor the problem to ensure timely resolution. The IT Support Specialist will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines, act with a sense of urgency for all internal client requests while offering excellent customer service. The position reports to the IT Manager and assists and supports agency operations as needed.
